Harness Sphereing a great experience involving 2 people or by yourself, a 12 foot inflatable PVC ball and an exhilarating, bouncy downhill roll! With at least 3 feet of air-space between the you and the ground, sphereing is safe, fast-paced, and unlike anything you'll have experienced before!
After being safely strapped into a safety harness, either by yourself or with a companion you will get launched off the sphereing run at the top of a hill. The most common reaction as the sphereing ball starts to bounce, roll and ricochet downhill is uncontrollable, hysterical laughter! Enjoy defying gravity, let the world revolve around you, have a weekend of fun and go sphereing!

Driver Requirements
- Maximum Height/Weight: 7ft & 18st
- Maximum girth must not exceed 60ins
- Minimum Age: 12-65yrs
Health Requirements
- Sphereing is strictly prohibited for people with:
- High blood pressure
- Any heart condition
- Epilepsy
- Back or neck problems
- Also, do not go sphereing if:
- Under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- You are pregnant
- If you've had an operation in the last 12 months
- You have any condition that may be affected by sphereing

Suitable Clothing
- Comfortable trousers.
- Polo neck or high-necked t-shirt (something to protect neck/shoulders from the harness in case of chafing)
