AttractionTix tickets/vouchers are sold subject to availability and to the terms and conditions imposed by our suppliers.
When you make a booking with us, you accept that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Attraction World Ltd and yourself, which is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
We believe that our ticket prices are the lowest available in the UK. If you find exactly the same ticket cheaper elsewhere in the UK telephone us and we guarantee to match the price. The price must be published in a brochure or on a current website and be priced in £ sterling. We reserve the right to limit the price match guarantee to a list of reputable agents. List available on request. We cannot match prices after you have purchased your tickets from us as ticket prices fluctuate from day to day.
All tickets that we offer will be sent to you via email.
If you amend your booking or part of it, a fee will be charged of £10 per person and a new E-ticket will be sent to you.
Please ensure you travel with your amended E-ticket.
Please note: refunds relating to amendments will be processed 6 weeks post travel.
If you decide to cancel your booking the following cancellation charges will be payable by you. The only exceptions to these charges are theatre tickets, Discovery Cove and Experience World, which are subject to 100% cancellation fees.

Refunds will be paid only after the tickets/vouchers have been returned to AttractionTix and have not been defaced or damaged in any way
We reserve the right to cancel any booking without notice which we believe may have been made using fraudulent details.
In the unlikely event that we have to alter, amend or cancel any of your arrangements, you will be advised without delay and alternative comparable arrangements will be offered. If you choose not to accept the alternative arrangements, you will be offered a full refund, which will be limited to the price you paid for your tickets/vouchers.
We regret that AttractionTix cannot accept responsibility where the performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by reason of circumstance amounting to "force majeure", or by cancellation of performance or tour by our suppliers, or by temporary or permanent closure of attractions. AttractionTix cannot be held responsible for any action or omission or our suppliers or their servants, agents or employees
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct passport and visas to gain entry. If you fail to do so, AttractionTix accepts no liability. Further advice and information can be obtained from the Foreign Office website www.fco.gov.uk.
When travelling to the US, it will be compulsory from January 2009 to complete your visa waiver online at https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov.
All personal information you provide us with such as name, address, email etc will be held confidentially and will not be passed to third parties unless you give permission to do so. Once a payment is processed we do not retain your credit card number, any information we do retain is held in our secure database.
Should you have a complaint, you must raise this with the attraction supplier at the time, which will enable most complaints to be resolved to your satisfaction there and then. If you are still not satisfied, please write to AttractionTix in writing within 28 days.
