With a huge variety of animals that you can interact with, innovative exhibits, displays, and conservation projects, you'll soon see for yourself that there is more to London Zoo than just looking at animals.
All of the exhibits at London Zoo, from the animals down to their housing, are designed and looked after by the world's leading experts, who make sure the animals are at ease in a natural environment, adding to the comfort of the animals and experience of the viewer. You can take part in conservation projects that the zoo is involved in, helping to save many species from extinction and presenting you and your family with a rewarding encounter.
You can watch the playful otters swimming gracefully underwater as they chase each other in and out of the pools and waterfalls; then, visit the tapirs and see them enjoying their new pool in their indoor enclosure or see the endangered tamarins basking in the sunshine. There are so many animals here that you are bound to see your favourite, and maybe make a few more!
