The Dubai Mall is located at Doha Street, Off 1st Interchange - Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, U.A.E.

IMPORTANT:

If booking the Dubai Aquarium & Burj Khalifa combo:

Your e-ticket will display a pre-booked time to visit the Burj Khalifa Observation Deck. If you wish to change the time, please call us before your visit as you will not be able to change the time once you arrive at the Burj Khalifa.
The Burj Khalifa does not confirm entry times until around 28 days prior to the actual visit day. If you book more than 28 days in advance, you will be placed on a waiting list until tickets for that date become available. Your e-ticket will be sent to your email once your timeslot has been confirmed.
You may visit the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo at any time on the same day as your "At the Top" visit.

Accessibility:

The attraction is suitable for visitors requiring the use of a wheelchair.

Dress Code:

Dubai has a dress code based on respect for the culture and religion of the UAE. Shoulder and knees should be covered in public places.
