Ocean College PADI Advanced Open Water Dive - 2 Days – Full Details

The Ocean College PADI Advanced Open Water Dive course takes you on five unforgettable dives, including deep and navigation expeditions.

You’ll head to one of the top dive sites in the world for incredible aquatic action including gliding past sunken wrecks, swooping around undulating sponge gardens, and encountering stunning marine life along the way.

Qualified PADI Open Water divers (or equivalent certificate holders) can look forward to two days of Red Sea diving from the Egyptian resort of Sharm El Sheikh.

Your underwater explorations will include deep and navigation dives, all supervised by a qualified Ocean College PADI instructor.

The first day will see you sailing to some of the best dive spots around idyllic Naama Bay.

The real highlight, however, comes on day two – with a visit to either the Tiran Straits or Ras Mohammed National Park – renowned as two of the best diving sites in the world!

Spend the day diving around rock pinnacles, sponge gardens and sunken wrecks, surrounded by more than 1000 species of fish from rays to grouper and beyond.

This course is the ideal way to build on your skills, get more dives under your belt and become acquainted with the unbelievably lovely underwater world of the Red Sea!

Ocean College is a well-respected PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Centre, BSAC premier resort and TDI technical instructor training facility which has been operating in the Red Sea resort of Sharm El Sheikh for over 10 years.

The Ocean College dive package includes round-trip transfers from Sharm El Sheikh hotels on both days.

Ocean College PADI Advanced Open Water Dive - 2 Days – Key Info

IMPORTANT:
It is essential that you take your passport, or you may not be allowed onto the boat.
If you are diving at Ras Mohamed, Thistlegorm or Dunraven you will also need the full Egyptian Tourist Visa.
Duration:
Two full days.
Departure Location:
Hotels in Sharm El Sheikh.
What to Take:
Please take your passport and visa, a swimsuit, towel, water, sun-cream and money for lunch.
Restrictions:
  • You will be required to fill in a short medical questionnaire before travelling to Eygpt; this is essential before you are allowed to take the diving course. The details of this will be included in your e-ticket once you have made your booking.
  • You must be able to float for 10 minutes and swim for 200m.
  • You must have completed your Open Water diver certificate or equivalent.
  • A passport and visa must be provided for trips to Ras Mohamed National Park.
  • A liability release must be signed by all divers (and also signed by a parent/guardian for under 18s).
  • This experience unsuitable for pregnant women.
