Located in the heart of Paris, Paris Aquarium is the perfect place to take a little time out from a busy day of sightseeing.
With all kinds of weird and wonderful sea creatures, plus 2 cinemas and lots of shows and activities, families in particular will have a whale of a time!
As you explore the aquarium you’ll see over 10,000 fish and invertebrates, including 25 sharks! There’s also a touch pool where you’ll be able to stroke and feed all kinds of sea creatures.
Also known as Cinéaqua and Aquarium de Paris, this aquarium is technically the oldest of its kind in the world, having first opened its doors in 1867.

Paris Aquarium – Getting There
The Paris Aquarium is located in the gardens of Trocadero, opposite the Eiffel Tower.
Access by subway:
Take lines 9 or 6 to Trocadéro or Iena stop or RER - Line C, stop at Champs de Mars – Tour Eiffel.
Cross the Seine River by Iena Bridge and enter Trocadero Gardens.
Access by bus:
Bus 22- 30 : "Trocadéro" stop or Bus 82 : "Varsovie" stop or Bus 32 – 63 : "Albert de Mun" stop or Bus 72 : "Pont d’Iena" stop.
