Full Details

After being collected from your resort, you’ll head to your first stop in Perge.

Founded around 1,000BC, the ancient Greek city of Perge was renowned as one of the most beautiful and richest cities in the ancient world.

Today, ruins include an acropolis, temple, churches, a theatre, baths, an agora, a gymnasium and a handsome city gate flanked by tall towers and a long colonnaded road.

Some of the ruins are in remarkable condition, still bearing finely carved marble reliefs and traces of intricate mosaic work.

You’ll move on to Kursunlu Waterfalls next which are perfectly situated in the middle of a shady pine forest. Here you can relax, enjoy a refreshing dip and have lunch by the river (included).

Moving on, you’ll head to the ancient Greco-Roman city of Aspendos which features one of the best preserved Roman theatres in Anatolia.

Until recently, this magnificent structure, which seats over 7,000 people, was still being used for festivals and concerts.

Other remains include an agora, a basilica, a nymphaeum and an aqueduct.

After exploring Aspendos, you’ll be returned in comfort to your resort.

The tour includes an English-speaking guide, entry fees, lunch and round-trip transfers to and from Antalya City, Konyaalti, Kundu, Lara and Belek hotels.
