Duration of use:
- You can purchase a York Pass for 1, 2 or 3 days.
- Your pass will be activated the first time you use it.
- Days are consecutive and based on calendar days – so for example, if you use your card it for the first time at 4pm on Monday, then Monday will be counted as day one.
- The pass will expire at midnight on the last day of its duration.

Validity:
- The York Pass has no expiry date, so you can start using it anytime
- Passes can only be used at each attraction once
Redeeming Your E-Ticket:
- When you’ve purchased your pass, we’ll send you an e-ticket by email which you’ll need to print.
- Please bring your e-ticket to the York Visitor Information Centre, where it can be exchanged for your York Pass

Terms & Conditions:
The York Pass is non-transferable. No replacements or refunds can be offered for lost or stolen cards. The York Pass provides you with entries to attractions for 1 day, or for consecutive days as purchased.
