The Garden of England Tour departs from gates 1-5, Victoria Coach Station in London at 8.45am. However, there is a comprehensive pick-up service from or near many central London hotels. Private Viewing of Leeds Castle
First stop on the Garden of England Tour is Leeds Castle for a private viewing before members of the public are admitted. Leeds Castle, spanning two islands in the River Len and accessible only by a stone bridge, has been home to royalty for more than 1000 years. Enjoy the period architecture and sumptuous interiors, and explore the castle grounds complete with maze and aviaries.
Canterbury Cathedral
The Garden of England Tour continues to Canterbury Cathedral, mother church of the Anglican faith dating back to 597AD. In these ancient surroundings, your guide will tell the gruesome tale most associated with Canterbury Cathedral, the murder of Archbishop Thomas Becket in 1170. There will also be time to explore the historic streets of Canterbury, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The Garden of England Tour then makes the return journey to Victoria Coach Station arriving at approximately 7.00pm.
