Never Mind The Olympics … We’ve Won A Gold Medal!!

We’re thrilled to announce that we have been awarded Feefo’s Gold Trusted Merchant Award for achieving excellent customer feedback in 2013!

So what is Feefo?

Feefo is an independent customer feedback system which allows our customers to anonymously review our service based on their experience of booking with us and the experience they had enjoying one of our many tours and attractions.

Our customers can rate their experience with AttractionTix as excellent, good, poor or bad. We are pleased to find that 95% of our customers rate us as excellent, which is something that the team here at AttractionTix strive for with all the attraction tickets and tours we sell.

We value all customer feedback – even bad reviews! Yes, you heard right – if our customers are unhappy with our service then we want to know about it so we can improve the service and/or products we offer.

So less of the bragging I hear you say! But honestly we are chuffed to bits to have won this award, and want to say a massive thank you to all of AttractionTix’s customers and fans. We strive to offer the best service and hope to carry on making our customers happy in 2014!
