Disneyland Paris Closure: Update

The Disneyland Paris theme parks will reopen on Wednesday 18^th November. If you’ve booked Disneyland Paris tickets and think you may want to reschedule or cancel, please see the information below:

If you have booked Disneyland Paris tickets and wish to cancel:

As the parks will be open to visitors from 18^th November, the standard 100% cancellation fees for Disneyland Paris tickets will apply from this date onwards.

If you wish to re-book for a later date or otherwise modify your tickets:

• If you are booked to visit Disneyland Paris up to (and including) Wednesday December 16^th 2015, you may modify your tickets at no additional charge provided you contact us to make the modifications before Sunday 29^th November.
• There will be no extra charge to re-book your tickets where the same price is available on a later date. Where the originally booked price is not available, you may rebook for a later date and pay the difference in price.
