Thorpe Park has unveiled its latest attraction, and it will please guests of the Netflix series, Black Mirror.

Set to be the world’s first Black Mirror experience, Black Mirror Labyrinth will delight thrill-seekers with a hypnotic maze that uses “cutting-edge visual technology and sensory-defying environments”. As part of the experience, guests will journey through a digital world of cyber-horror that looks and feels like it’s been lifted intact direct from the TV series.

To give you a flavour of what to expect, Thorpe Park released the following: “Will you keep your grip on reality or will you lose yourself in the mainframe as this unpredictable digitised dimension reveals an uneasy trust that manipulates and displaces your every existence”.

In 2018, Charlie Brooker, creator of the Netflix series stunned fans with the interactive, choose-your-own-adventure episode Bandersnatch. Season five of Black Mirror followed in 2019, with three episodes starring Anthony Mackie, Miley Cyrus and Andrew Scott. With the sixth season yet to be announced, fans are ecstatic with the news of a real-life Black Mirror experience coming to the UK.

There are still a couple of weeks left until the theme park reopens, but tickets are available to buy online now. Advance tickets for both adults and kids are just £33 – which is £22 cheaper than on the gate!
