In order to maintain physical distancing in line with recommendations from the French government and health authorities, attendance at Disneyland Paris is currently limited each day.
- No more park tickets sold at park entrances.
- All customers are required to have pre-purchased their tickets.
- Non-dated ticket holders and Annual Pass holders need to register on the new Advance Reservation system to obtain a valid reservation for park entry prior to their arrival.
Who should register online on the Advance Reservation system to secure their date of visit??
Guests with 1 day ticket bookings can use the new online digital reservation system. They will need to show their registration prior to collecting their tickets at the gate.
Who needs to call Disneyland Paris contact centre to register?
Guests with a multiday ticket booking will need to call Disneyland Paris contact centre on 0330 1231 644 (national call rates apply, cost may vary according to network) to be registered in the system and receive their confirmation.
Who should not register?
Guests booking aHotel+Ticket package organised by Euro Disney Associés S.A.S. or Euro Disney Vacances S.A.S. do not need to register. They will be able to enter the Disney® Parks each day of their stay.
• Guests holding a dated Ticket also do not need to register and will be able to enter the Parks on the day(s) indicated on their Ticket.
Good to know
Children under 3 and persons accompanying Guests with a disability do not need to register.
The guest can cancel their registration anytime up to 10:00 am (Paris local time) on the day of visit and register again for a new date (subject to availability).
Cancelling a registration does not affect the validity of the Ticket.
If the guest does not cancel their registration in advance or does not use it on the registered date, Disneyland Paris reserves the right to deny access to the dedicated online platform and/or cancel any
other registrations made with the same Ticket or Pass for the following 14 days.

How to Use the Disneyland Paris Digital Advance Reservation System
STEP 1: Visit Reservation Website http://register.disneylandparis.com/entry-reservation/
STEP 2: Create or log into existing Disney Account
STEP 3: Link Your Tickets
STEP 4: Linked tickets displayed, select all required and continue
STEP 5: Select available date from the calendar
STEP 6: Review and confirm
STEP 7: Reservation confirmed and confirmation email to follow shortly
When purchasing new Disneyland Paris tickets, simply check availability on the calendar (as below) before proceeding with booking your selected date(s).
