*Terms & Conditions

The Brexit Protect guarantee is automatically added to qualifying Disneyland Paris bookings. There is no additional charge for this protection during the promotional window. Standard cost of protection is £10 per ticket.

If your travel or trip is affected by issues caused by Brexit:

We will refund your tickets in full, or reschedule to an alternative date, so long as we are notified no less than 8 days prior to the date of your ticket.

Examples of issues caused by Brexit include, but are not limited to:

• Passport issues such as freedom of travel
• Border access problems
• New processes introduced that impact ability to travel
• Transport issues such as cancellations

To cancel or amend a booking:

Please contact us by telephone on 0344 873 0070. We must be notified not less than 8 days prior to the date of your ticket. Requests to cancel or amend within the 8-day period will not be covered by this guarantee.

If your ticket(s) was booked as part of a group booking, the lead passenger must make the cancellation or amendment request

Any promotional gifts or added-value freebies received with your original booking will be cancelled, unless they are also included with the amended tickets.

Amendments to your tickets

If you chose to amend your tickets, there may be an additional charge if new date is subject to a higher price band. To complete the amendment, you will be required to pay the difference and new tickets will be issued to you.

Refunding your tickets

We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible. Usually, you will receive a full refund within 3 working days of us receiving your cancelled tickets if hard tickets have been issued or 2 days for e-tickets.

Guarantee exclusions

We cannot guarantee against every possibility. Exclusions of this guarantee include;

• Changes in ticket price
• Inability to travel/participate as a result of changes or contravention of separate terms and conditions of other parties included in your travel such as transport, accommodation or sustenance.
• Issues according to exchange rate
• Other issues arising not reasonably argued as a result of ‘Brexit’
• Bookings that are made less than 8 days prior to departure will not qualify for this guarantee.
