Airport Transfers

Availability:

Daily, all year round.

Departure:

Upon arrival at Keflavik International Airport (KEF), please go to the Iceland Excursions booth located in the arrivals hall after you have cleared customs. You will then be shown to the next available coach/bus into the city. 

Vehicles depart approximately 45 minutes after each scheduled incoming flight.

We will require your EXACT flight & Hotel details upon booking including flight number, times, routes and all passenger names. Without this we will not be able to confirm your booking. PLEASE CALL US TO BOOK

Return Transfers:

Please call the resort office to reconfirm your pick up time at least 24hrs prior to departure.

Please wait outside or at the entrance of your hotel at least 30 minutes before your pick up time.

Northern Lights Tour

Please note this tour will be booked for your first evening in Reykjavik if you are arriving in resort before 4pm or unless advise otherwise. If your flights lands after 4pm, it will be booked for your second evening.

Tour Availability : Departs daily subject to weather forecast between late August and 15th April.

Duration: 3 - 5 hours.

Departures:

• 25^th August until 15^th April: Daily at 21:00pm
• 15^th September until 15^th March: Daily at 20:00pm

Additional Information:

• If this tour goes ahead and unfortunately you do not get to see the Northern Lights, you will be offered the chance to go again the next night for free however please note that no refunds can be given for not seeing the Northern Lights.
• This tour does not operate between April 16th and August 25th as between these times its simply too bright outside to be able to see them properly.
• Please dress according to weather. We would advise to dress in warm layered clothes and bring your camera.
• Winter conditions in Iceland mean that paths can be very icy at times and surfaces uneven on some of the sites we visit.
• Please note that bathroom facilities can be limited in the countryside late at night, but the coach will try its best to make a stop if needed. Unfortunately there can be no guarentee that the coach has toilet facilties.

Please note: Occasionally actual days of operation are subject to change. If this is the case we will endeavour to book a day as close as possible to your original preferred day. Should this not be acceptable a full refund will be made. Please note that this tour is not available on the 24th and 31st December.

The Golden Circle Tour

This tour will be booked for your third day in Iceland.

Tour Availability: Daily.

Departure Time: 9:30am. (Pick ups are approximately 30 mins prior).

Finishing Time: 6pm.

Duration:  8 ½ Hrs approx.

Times are approximate and subject to change. Client will need to contact resort office at least 24hrs prior to departure to reconfirm.

Meeting Point: Is at your hotel or guesthouse: 30 minutes prior to tour departure. Please wait outside or at the entrance of your hotel.

Tour Inclusions: 

• Hotel pick up & drop - off.
• Transport.
• English speaking Guide.

Tour Exclusions:

• Lunch (you can bring lunch or buy something at the lunch stop).
• Drinks Or other services not mentioned above.

Dress Code: Please dress according to the weather.

Please note: Due to weather conditions we cannot guarantee visits to Nesjavellir in the winter season.

There are no toilets on board the coach but plenty of stops will be made where bathroom facilities can be used.

IMPORTANT: While children under 12 can travel free of charge on these tours we will need to reserve a place for them in the coach, so please remember to let us know how many children are travelling and how old they are.
Each ticket/booking is subject to a maximum of two children for every one paying adult.
