Full Details

Itinerary - Day 1

Leave Las Vegas, travelling through the desert and an Navajo Indian reservation to the Grand Canyon.

Tour along the south bank and discover how the Colorado River carved its way to the sea to create this incredible natural wonder.

Following lunch, the tour along the Canyon continues with a visit to an Indian marketplaces offering hand-made arts and crafts.

In the late afternoon you’ll arrive at Lake Powell, considered one of the most beautiful lakes in the USA.

Spend the night at the Clarion Inn.

Day 2

After breakfast, enjoy a boat cruise on Lake Powell during which you’ll see some of the hundreds of private coves, famous sand arches and salt pillars unique to the area.

Next you’ll head west to Bryce Canyon to marvel at natural rock and sand sculptures created over thousands of years by the elements.

Take in an incredible sunset from one of the vista points in Bryce Canyon (depending on sunset times), an unforgettable and haunting sight.

Next, head to the town of Kanab which has featured in over 100 cowboy movies, and stay at the Days Inn Kanab overnight. (On certain departures this tour can continue to Cedar City for an overnight stay in the Comfort Inn Cedar City).

Day 3

Following breakfast you’ll visit Zion Park which was named by Mormon settlers who believed that a visit to the park was akin to a religious experience.

Explore the park at your leisure, perhaps with a short walk to the Virgin river that meanders through it.

Finally, board the coach for the scenic return journey and evening arrival in Las Vegas.
