Experience Poland’s natural beauty on a rafting adventure through the stunning Dunajec River Gorge!

Pick-up is included from centrally-located Krakow hotels, so you can simply sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery!

This exciting day trip begins with a visit to Niedzica Castle - also known as Dunajec Castle - which was built by the Hungarians in the 14th century.

From the castle you can admire the breathtaking views over a large reservoir and dam, as well as learning the incredible story of Inca refugees who found shelter here

Then it’s time to head for Sromowce Nizne, where you’ll board your wooden raft for a leisurely 2-3 hours drifting through the Dunajec River Gorge!

Situated in the Pieniny Mountains, the gorge is the most picturesque section of this beautiful mountain river with dramatic limestone cliffs, beautiful native flora and the chance to spot rare birds such as the Black Stork

Your experienced, English-speaking guide will tell you all about you the history of the gorge and make sure you see all the most important sights as you float along.

You’ll also visit Niedzica Castle in the Dunajec Valley, and Debno, a 15^th-century wooden Gothic church which is listed as a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site.

At the end of the day you’ll be dropped off in the centre of Krakow, to make your way back to your hotel or continue your evening!

Important: Lunch is not included but there will be a stop at a local restaurant where you can relax and enjoy a bite to eat
