The Berlin Dungeon in the heart of the capital brings together an amazing cast of theatrical actors, special effects, stages, scenes and rides in a truly unique and exciting walk through experience that you see, hear, touch, smell and feel. Enjoy 60 minutes of extraordinary entertainment and take a journey through 800 years of Berlin’s darkest history – from the medieval times to the 20th century. You and your lost fellows will be welcomed by the unpredictable Black Jester, who will give you a taste of what is to come on your journey through the dark and unnerving Berlin Dungeon. You’ll have to descend into the depths in the elevator of doom and encounter the headless Knight Erich Valke, who is dying to tell you his story about the great fire of Berlin. Who was really responsible for the disaster? Escape through the secret tunnels and find yourself in the plague-ridden streets of Berlin. Come face to
face with the Plague Doctor who delights in demonstrating the full effects of the Plague in a graphic, theatrical, worryingly enthusiastic and gory way. It’s time to pull out the bits!
After that the Torturer is having some wicked fun as he demonstrates his intimidating instruments and gruesome methods on you or one of your fellow unsuspecting by-standers. Will you crack under his
pressure? In case you’ll make it out of the torture chamber you have to face the crazy judge in the High Court of the Hohenzollern in 1679. He will condemn witches and traitors to death as he sees fit.
You and other witches have been found guilty and now you must face the disorienting labyrinth of tunnels. Find your way through the narrow maze to the crypt beneath the Berlin Cathedral where the White Lady still haunts the place. Take a seat as the mysterious crypt keeper tells the terrifying tale of the ghost and the legends associated with it. Be afraid, very afraid, in the eerie, dark crypt… If you survive the ghostly encounter you will enter the slums of 19th century in Berlin and meet a chatty working girl, which tells you about the infamous serial killer and butcher Carl Großmann. Make yourself comfortable in his flat and find out what’s in his tasty sausages. Better hold on to your body parts!

On an exciting journey from the springs of the Spree River to the depths of the Atlantic Ocean, magical sea creatures and their habitats can be discovered and admired up close in various themed areas and aquariums.
Are you brave enough to welcome a cleaner shrimp on your hand? Find out in our interactive Touch Pool and feel the tickling of the tiny creatures at your skin. As you walk through the glass tunnel, you will find yourself face-to-face to impressive rays and fascinating sharks! Did you know that rays are masters of camouflage? They can adapt their colouring to the seabed or bury themselves under the gravel and thus “blend” with the ground. How many rays do you spot at SEA LIFE Berlin?
Don’t miss out the daily feedings, where it can often be wild. What is the favorite dish of our rays and what do sharks prefer? Experience it yourself at our exciting feeding shows. Our aquarists feed our residents daily at certain times and you can become part of it! Watch and learn fascinating facts from our staff.
