The 9/11 Memorial Tribute Center is dedicated to the ordinary people of New York affected by the September 11th attacks, from the survivors to the rescue workers. All guides at the 9/11 Tribute Center have personal connections to 9/11 and each deliver their tours in their own ways.

The bus tours take you all around New York City, from Brooklyn to Lower Manhattan, with a variety of hop-on hop-off tours available as well as some escorted tours and even a hop-on hop-off ferry! As they’re not timed tickets, you can choose whenever you want to take the tours – and there’s even a free museum entry thrown in.

Validity and Redemption Info

When you make your booking you will receive a voucher that will need to be exchanged for your tickets at a central redemption centre in New York.

Upon redemption of your voucher for all your tickets, you will be given your One World Observatory and 9/11 Tickets. The One World Observatory (OWO) ticket issued is generally for the next available time slot so please ensure you liaise with the ticketing staff if you have any specific preferences on time.

Your OWO and 9/11 Tickets are timed and need to be taken within 30 Days from redemption and are valid for one use only. All redemption locations are enlisted on your voucher.

Addresses:

The OWO is located on floors 100-102 of One World Trade Centre, 285 Fulton St., New York, NY 10006. Open daily from 9am-8pm (last entry at 7:15pm).

The 9/11 Tribute Centre (formerly known as Tribute WTC Visitor Centre) is located at 120 Liberty St. New York, NY 10006. Open daily. Sunday: 10am-5pm, Monday-Saturday: 10am-6pm.

Bus Ticket Validity:

48 hours.

Bus Departure Location:

777 8th Avenue (between 47th & 48th St.)

Bus Departure Times:

Daily at Approx. 10:30am - 7:30pm (Approx. every 25-30 minutes).

Bus Tour Durations:

These vary based on the Route and traffic. (Ranging between 90 minutes and 3 hours). For more information on each Route, please enquire locally.

Special Information:

Bus tours narrations will be available in 11 different languages. The live tour guide language is English. Other languages are pre-recorded.
The Night Tour is not a Hop-on Hop-off but an escorted tour with 3 evening departures nightly. During the festive season this will become the 'Holiday Lights Tour'.

Please note:

Tours run daily, even during Christmas and New Year periods but please note on the 31st December the buses will stop running earlier than usual due to overall New York street closures, which is beyond our control. Please bear this in mind when purchasing a ticket to include 31st December.
