- Main course: Thyme, rosemary and lemon roasted supreme of chicken with creamy leek, tarragon and mushroom sauce served with dauphinoise potato and seasonal vegetables.
- Desserts: White, dark and milk chocolate truffle cake with raspberry sauce.
- Drinks: Tea or Coffee.

Departure & return times:
- Boarding time is 11.30am and the cruise departs at 11.45am prompt.
- You will return at approx. 1.30pm
- Please ensure you are at the boarding point at least 15 minutes prior to boarding
