A question that always comes up when planning Disneyland® Paris breaks is “Will one day be enough?”… and the answer is nearly always no! Whatever you’re looking forward to doing, seeing and experiencing, you’ll enjoy your trip so much more if you allow yourself a bit more time to relax and enjoy the magic!

Here are 10 very good reasons to spend more than just a day at Disneyland Paris:

1. You won’t miss out

Holidays are about relaxing and leaving the stress behind, so the last thing you want is to be rushing around and worrying you’re not going to fit everything in. By giving yourself more than just one day, you can take your time knowing you’re not going to miss out on anything.

2. You’ll be able to do ALL the rides

Disneyland Paris has 2 Parks – Disneyland® Park and Walt Disney Studios® Park – which both have a mixture of thrilling coasters and milder rides. To make the most of your time at both Parks, the best idea is to spend a day (or longer) at each one so you can experience everything – with time in-between to steady your nerves!

3. Get the full Disney experience by staying at a Disney Hotel

The on-site hotels here are amazing. Plus, by staying overnight you’ll get to take advantage of the Extra Magic Time that are only available to Disney® Hotel guests; you can enter and enjoy parts of the Parks up to an hour earlier on certain days of the week!

4. You don’t want to miss a Disneyland Paris night out!

Night-time is playtime for grown-ups at Disneyland Paris, but if you’re going home the same day as you arrive, you’ll miss out on the after-dark experience!
One night-time activity that’s not to be missed is the dazzling Disney Illuminations show over Sleeping Beauty Castle – it’s like no fireworks show you’ve ever seen before! Afterwards, head to the bars at Disney Village® for a cheeky cocktail or 5 to celebrate being in one of the most magical places on earth!FROZEN Fireworks Show

5. There are so many amazing places to eat

From the star-studded Planet Hollywood to the exotic Rainforest Café, there are so many eateries in and around the Parks that you’ll want to try out that you’ll definitely need more than a day to fit them all in!

Plus, you can’t miss Buffalo Bill’s Wild West Show… with Mickey and Friends!* – Europe’s biggest Disney dinner show and winner of the 2018 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for the 5th year in a row.

The Disney Hotels are also hugely recommended for a meal to remember, and you don’t have to be staying at a hotel to eat there – dining reservations can be made up to 2 months in advance!

6. You’ll need a whole day just for shopping!

Shopaholics will be overjoyed to hear that Disneyland Paris has a huge shopping mall on its doorstep; Val d’Europe Shopping Centre has over 150 shops, plus a designer clothing outlet and even a Sea Life Centre!
Of course, you’ll also want to stock up on Disney souvenirs and presents for everyone back home, so it’s a good thing there’s a whole world of Disney-themed shopping along Main Street, U.S.A.® and around Disney Village®, which should keep you going for a good while!

7. Make sure you meet the Characters

You can now pre-book times to meet some of the most popular Disney Characters, so the longer you spend at the Parks, the more time you’ll have to make sure you meet all your favourites for the ultimate selfie!

8. You’ll have time to see the shows, parades & more

Disneyland Paris isn’t just about rides! You need to make sure you’re around Sleeping Beauty Castle in time for Disney Stars on Parade, which happens every day. And while you’re here you won’t want to miss out on any of the shows, like the jaw-dropping Moteurs… Action! Stunt Show Spectacular®!

9. You can take some down-time

There’s way more to do at Disneyland Paris than rides and attractions! Golfers will definitely want to set some time aside to try out the three 9-hole courses, and there’s also a fitness centre and a tennis court for guests at select Disney Hotels, so make sure you factor in some leisure time to your trip!
Exploring a busy Theme Park is fun, but can leave you in need of some pampering, so a visit to the Celestia Spa at Disneyland® Hotel is another way to really make the most of your holiday.
