Park / Ticket Updates
An important update regarding the temporary closure of major attractions.
We are monitoring the situation closely and our highly experienced teams are doing everything they can to ensure we are following the latest advice from our suppliers.
Please find the below information that should help answer any questions or queries you may have concerning your tickets.
Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, please be aware that we will only be dispatching tickets twice a week.
Free Orlando & Hollywood Amendments Up To 2021
Each Orlando and Hollywood park has their own policy in regards to amending your booking, they are as follows:
Walt Disney World
If you have already received your Walt Disney World tickets, they are automatically valid through to September 30, 2021. You don’t need to worry about getting in touch, your tickets will remain valid.
Disney Ultimate Tickets – The expiry of 2020 Disney Ultimate Tickets will now be extended until 30 September 2021. Tickets must be activated on or before 16 September 2021 to get the full 14 days usage.
If you haven’t received your tickets and want to change the date you are travelling, we are offering free amendments up to September 2021. Please get in touch on [email protected] to amend your booking.
Universal Orlando Resort
If you have received your Universal Orlando Resort tickets, they are automatically valid until December, 17, 2021. You don’t need to worry about getting in touch, your tickets will remain valid.
If you haven’t received your tickets and want to change the date you are travelling, we are offering free amendments up to December 17, 2021. Please get in touch on [email protected] to amend your booking.
Discovery Cove
Discovery Cove tickets can be amended to any date in 2020 or 2021. Prices vary by season, so any difference in ticket price will still be payable.
If you haven’t received your Discovery Cove tickets, please get in touch on [email protected] to amend your date of travel.
SeaWorld
SeaWorld tickets are valid through to December 31, 2021 and will be valid for 14 days. You will not have to return your tickets, the validity is in place for both hard tickets and e-tickets for 2 and 3-park admission.
If you haven’t received your SeaWorld tickets, please get in touch on [email protected] to amend your date of travel.
Customers who are in resort
If you have used any days on your tickets – the tickets are non-refundable. However, we will liaise with our suppliers to try to obtain refunds for unused days. This is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the parks. It could take some time to resolve. All local or domestic announcement regarding refunds may not apply to the international length of stay tickets.
Customers who have paid deposit but are yet to travel
If you cancel your booking, there will be a loss of deposit, so you may wish to keep your booking live until you know whether you can re-book for a later date.
We will ignore all admin fees if you wish to change the dates of your 2020 tickets to 2021 tickets, with only the difference in ticket costs added to your outstanding balance.
Process for changing the year of travel
- Email [email protected] to notify us of your intention to change your booking to 2021.
- We will update your booking and sent out a revised confirmation
- New ticket prices may apply. We will waive all admin fees.
Exclusions
The above excludes the following: Discovery Cove and Kennedy Space Center.

Disneyland Paris Update
The tickets are now valid till 31st March 2021 and can be used on applicable Mini, Magic dates.
All Super Magic valid for 12 months (12 months starts 7 days prior to departure date)
Multi Day valid up until the 31st March 2021
Buffalo Bills Wild West Show tickets are valid for the date booked, to request an amendment, please email [email protected] with your booking reference number, name, and date of travel so we can discuss your options with Disney.
Park / Tour Closures
Unfortunately, in light of current circumstances, many other theme parks, tours and attractions have been forced to close. This includes:

All Italian tours until April 3, 2020
Poland
Auschwitz & Birkenau various until March 25, 2020
Salt Mine until March 29, 2020
Spain
Camp Nou Tour until March 26, 2020
Barcelona Real Madrid & Museums until March 26, 2020
Sagrada Family until April 12, 2020
Barcelona Aquarium until further notice
New York
Broadway shows until April 12, 2020
