General Accessibility Guide

Even before you gaze upon Sleeping Beauty Castle, make sure you grab an accessibility map. These easy-to-read flyers indicate an Easy Access Trail via a dotted line, making it simple to navigate the parks with mobility aids.

For those who require manual wheelchairs and buggies, these can be hired for a fee. As a general notice, the map also shows first aid centres if needed. Those who need to keep their medication cool, are welcome to leave them at these centres.

All toilets, restaurants and shops are wheelchair-accessible and welcome assistance animals.

Guest with Physical Disabilities

When it comes to attractions and rides, Disneyland® Paris has broken each down into categories so you can plan your visit around your group’s access needs.

  • Wheelchair accessible
  • Chair transfer required
  • Attraction with steps
  • Must be ambulatory

Rides not suitable for expectant mothers are also clearly marked.

For visually impaired guests, guide dogs are welcome into the parks and at certain attractions. Disneyland® Paris utilises a service called Virtuoz. This is a tablet that allows you to understand the environment around you and explore the Disneyland®  Parks through touch and sound. A pair of headphones will be provided and this service is free and does not require prior booking.

Neurodivergent Guests

Each ride and attraction comes with a sensory guide, rating each on a scale of 1-4 from low to very high. There are also advisories for attractions with a surprise factor or splash warnings. These attractions have been evaluated by Autism Spectrum Disorder Experts for your peace of mind. Restaurants also have this guide, so you can rest easy when thinking about where to eat.

Photosensitive and epileptic guests can rest assured that areas with strobe lighting and photographic flashes are also clearly marked.

If you are expecting, Disneyland® Paris provides a priority bracelet, collected at one of the dedicated counters at the entrance. Please provide a medical certificate that is 3 months in date. This will allow you priority access to attractions, shows and meetings with Disney Characters for you and up to 4 others.

Access Cards

Guests with disabilities are entitled to a Priority Pass (documentation will be required). This allows them priority (but not immediate) access to attractions, parades and Disney Character Meet n’ Greets.

Facility Cards are for those with long-term illnesses, are entitled to priority access (but not immediate) access to attractions. Both cards can be acquired at the designated desk at the park entrance and passes are also available for pregnant guests.
