AttractionTix Team Analytics Exclusion

This page sets an exclusion so your visits are no longer counted in our GA4 analytics data.

We use it internally so that staff activity, testing, and QA don't distort the numbers we report on. When you or a colleague browses the live site as part of your work, those sessions would otherwise show up alongside real customer traffic and skew things like conversion rates, traffic sources, and event counts.

First: please accept the cookie banner on the site, as the exclusion is stored as a cookie and won't set otherwise. NB: If you have done this before landing on this page, the cookie will be stored and you won't need to do it again.

Second: refresh this page. This needs to happen for the system to register the page view.

Third: please make sure to visit this page from every device you use to browse the site, re-running steps 1 and 2 each time. If you check the site on both your computer and your mobile, do it on both, as the exclusion applies only to the device and browser you're using when you visit.

Visiting this page once from a device should be enough to exclude your future activity from reporting.

Please note: this exclusion is stored as a cookie in your browser, so it only applies to this browser on this device. You'll need to visit this page again if you:

  • clear your cookies or cache

  • switch to a different browser

  • use a different device (for example your phone, or a home computer)

  • browse in private or incognito mode

We'll also send this page round once a quarter as a reminder, so if any of the above has happened since last time, revisiting will re-apply the exclusion.

If you're not sure whether it's working, or you think your traffic is still being counted, give the marketing team a shout.
