FAQs
Yes – when you book, you will need to select the date you’d like to hop on the bus. If you’re touring with us for more than one day, your ticket must be used across consecutive days, and the date you select at time of booking should be the first day of your tour. Some tours also require you to select a time of travel, to secure your seat.

Last Bus: 5:00pm at Stop #1 M&M’s World (7th Ave & W 48th St – Outside M&Ms World)

- Uptown Tour (Blue Loop):
First Bus: 10:00am from Stop # 2 Times Square East (W 42nd St & Broadway – in front of the Knickerbocker Hotel)
Last Bus: 4:00pm at Stop # 2 Times Square East (W 42nd St & Broadway -in front of the Knickerbocker Hotel)
Full Circuit Time: 75 minutes (approx.)
Bus Frequency: every 30 minutes
- Passengers aged between 3 and 12 years must travel on a child ticket. All passengers under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a passenger over the age of 15. Children aged 2 years and under may travel free of charge. Strollers must be folded and stowed on the lower deck.
Once you’ve purchased your ticket, download and open the Big Bus Tours app, tap ‘Add Booking’ and enter your booking reference. On the day, if you have a ‘hop on, hop off’ ticket, open your bus ticket and press ‘Activate’. For all other tickets, you don’t need to activate – just show your ticket in app to the driver to board. If you’re having trouble, speak to a staff member at the stop – they’ll be happy to help.
