FAQs

Please select the date you'd like each ticket to become active. Every ticket activates on its own, starting the first time it's scanned at the park gate, and remains valid for 14 days from that point.
You'll need your 12-digit Disney reservation code, found just underneath the QR code on your E-ticket.
Set up a Disney account at https://www.disneyworld.co.uk/login — best done on a laptop or PC before you link it to the app.

Log into your account.

Head to My Disney Experience, then select "My Plans."

Choose "Tickets."

Select "Link Tickets" and enter your 12-digit code — all your purchased tickets will then appear.
Walt Disney World Resort is home to six parks in total: Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park, and Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park. Want to experience everything on offer? The Disney Magic Ticket covers entry to all six for the length of your ticket, subject to park availability.
Disney Magic Ticket includes admission to Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park or Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, subject to seasonal opening. Disney's water parks close seasonally each year for maintenance and refurbishment, and unfortunately no refunds can be given for any partial closures.
Good news — Memory Maker is included as standard with every adult Disney Magic Ticket, worth $210. Just note it's not part of Disney Special Event Tickets (such as Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party). Unsure which ticket you've got? Park opening hours vary throughout the year - we recommend checking the official Disney website for the most up-to-date times before your visit.
Disney Resort Hotel guests can enjoy extra Disney’s Extra Magic Hours and enter one of the parks an hour early or stay up to 2 hours later than the normal opening times

ID Required?
Photo ID may be required when you first enter the Walt Disney World Parks. Therefore we advise that you take some to avoid disappointment.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by a guest aged 14 or over. And here's some good news — kids under 3 get in completely free.
Walt Disney World Resort provides a wide range of accessibility features to help make your visit as smooth as possible, including lifts, accessible toilets, Braille maps, guidebooks, audio description, hearing loops, and wheelchair rental.
Walt Disney World Resort offers a wide range of on-site facilities to keep your visit running smoothly — think ATMs, baby care centres, lost and found, locker and pushchair rental, wheelchair rental, car rental, childcare services, photo services, Wi-Fi, package pickup, and even boarding kennels for your four-legged family members.
We recommend to wear casual and comfortable clothes for a day at the Disney Parks. You’ll be doing a lot of walking, so good comfy, sturdy shoes should be the first thing you pack!
Guests at the Disney Parks should wear proper attire – including shoes and tops – at all times
The following clothing is not permitted:
→ Adult costumes or clothing that could be viewed as representative of an actual Disney Character
→ Masks
→ Clothing with objectionable material, including obscene language or graphics
→ Excessively torn clothing
→ Revealing clothing that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment
→ Objectionable tattoos
There are a huge variety of restaurants at Walt Disney World Resort, ranging from à la carte meals to self-service outlets, bars and cafés for sandwiches and snacks.
Guests are welcome to take snacks and food that does not require heating into the Parks but please do not bring any glass containers (except baby food or perfume bottles)
Loose and dry ice are not permitted in the parks.
