Please note that larger buses are restricted from entering Reykjavík city centre. You will need to transfer to a drop-off bus at BSÍ Bus Terminal which will take you to your designated bus stop or hotel.
Northern Lights sightings are not guaranteed - the tour is weather and aurora activity dependent. If the Northern Lights tour is cancelled due to weather, you will be offered the chance to join a future tour free of charge.
Pick-up for all experiences starts 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Please be ready and visible at your designated bus stop in time for collection. If you are not located within the pick-up area, you may need to make your own way to the designated departure point.
Don't forget to reconfirm your pick-up details with staff at the airport upon arrival if your Northern Lights tour is scheduled for the same evening as your arrival.
