• Please note that Universal Orlando Resort now requires a specific date for admission

• The date you choose when selecting your ticket, will be the date of your first Universal Park visit.

• Your Seaworld Ticket is valid for use on or any date after your departure date selected at checkout.

• The Universal Orlando Resort ticket will be valid for 14 consecutive days from the date you choose. You don’t have to use it on the first day, but any unused days will be lost.

• Date-specific: Pick your first park visit date at checkout and enjoy 14 consecutive days.

• Universal Orlando Resort: The date you choose when selecting your ticket, will be the date of your first Universal Orlando Resort visit.

• It is imperative that you accurately enter the start date for your Disney and Universal tickets to avoid any discrepancies and maximise the value of your time and experience in Florida.

Visiting Before 20th October 2026 or After 31st March 2027 - All 4 Parks Included:

• This ticket entitles one guest admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Epic Universe, and Universal Volcano Bay on all days during a 14 consecutive calendar day period commencing on and including the selected start date.

• The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on the ticket. Unused days shall be forfeited.

• This ticket is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Standard entry includes a biometric scan. Valid only during normal operating hours.

• Parks, attractions, or entertainment may close due to refurbishment, capacity, weather, or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to Universal Orlando Resort.

• Unless otherwise stated, this ticket specifically excludes admission to separately ticketed events and venues at any Universal theme park or CityWalk, and excludes parking or discounts on food or merchandise. Some CityWalk venues require guests to be aged 21 or over. Valid photo ID required.

• Tickets are issued as e-tickets and will be sent to your email address as soon as possible. Please ensure the email address provided is valid and regularly checked.

• E-tickets are delivered 31 days before your departure date. Booking within 32 days of travel? Your e-tickets will be sent within 72 hours of full payment.

• Please note: Universal Volcano Bay is currently scheduled to begin a maintenance closure on 26th October 2026, with an updated planned reopening on or before 1st April 2027. Dates are subject to change - please check the Universal Orlando website for the latest updates before booking.

During this period, Universal Volcano Bay will be closed for refurbishment and will not be included in your ticket. Your ticket will provide access to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, and Universal Epic Universe only.

Seaworld Orlando T&C's

• 14-Day Flexibility: This ticket offers a 14-day validity period, allowing you the flexibility to choose when to activate it. Your second and third visits must be taken within fourteen (14) consecutive days from the date of your first visit.

• Maximum Flexibility Activation: Activate your SeaWorld Parks 3-Visit Ticket on any day during your holiday, maximising flexibility for your ultimate theme park getaway.

• Valid for Three Park Visits: All tickets are valid for 14 days from the first use. The 3-Visit-Ticket + Eat for Free is your passport to three unforgettable park visits—choose from SeaWorld, Aquatica, or Busch Gardens.

• The shuttle is free with any Busch Gardens ticket, and children under 3 travel and enter the park free. Multiple Orlando pickup locations are available, with arrival at the park typically between 10:30am and 11:00am, subject to traffic. Return departure times vary based on park closing.
