Ticket Details:

• This ticket must be used on the date you select.

• Valid on selected date only.

• Tickets may be cancelled free of charge for a full refund. Must be cancelled at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the booked visit/arrival date.

What happens next:

If you wish to make any changes to your booking, such as adjusting the date, number of guests, or other details, we will need to cancel the current booking and create a new one. Please be aware that if prices have changed, you may be required to pay the difference.

To cancel a booking, please contact us via telephone or email. Each ticket will have varying cancellation policies. If you wish to find the individual cancellation policy and charge, please visit the ticket page and view the ticket description for full details. We will then issue you with a cancellation invoice. The cancellation will only take effect from the date that we issue our cancellation invoice. If you cancel your booking but then somehow manage to redeem the original voucher you will be responsible for reimbursing us for the full cost of the voucher. The cancellation charges set out below apply on cancellation. Where the cancellation charge is shown as a percentage, this is calculated on the basis of the total cost payable by the person(s) cancelling excluding amendment charges. Amendment charges are not refundable in the event of cancellation.
