Opening Hours:

• Gates open at 10am but closing times vary depending on the season or at weekends. We recommend that you check with the park before your visit.
• The theme park is closed on the following dates: 23-25, 30 April, 1-2, 8-9, 14-16, 21-23 May, 10-12, 17-19, 24-27 September, 1-4, 8-11, 15-18 October 2018.
• Fright Night dates: 5-7, 12-14, 19-31 October 2018 (Fright Night Ticket required).

Parking:

All directions on where to park when you arrive will be clearly signposted on the day of your visit. Parking fees are £5 per day.

Restrictions:

Height restrictions apply on certain rides.

• Children aged under 3 years receive free entry to the park, and so do not need a pre-paid ticket
• Children aged between 3-11 years will need a valid child ticket to enter

Location: THORPE PARK Resort is situated between junctions 11 and 13 of the M25. (Access from Junction 12 of the M25 is not possible).

By Train: Staines is the recommended railway station for travelling to the park.

If all that's not enough, experience the nerve-shredding 100ft ‘beyond vertical’ drop of the terrifying rollercoaster, SAW – The Ride.

There are 8 themed zones set in 500 acres at THORPE PARK Resort, including family-themed and “tamer” rides.

The Walking Dead: The Ride arrives at THORPE PARK Resort NEW and Exclusive For Easter 2018

THORPE PARK Resort in Surrey has announced the world’s first rollercoaster themed around the global TV phenomenon The Walking Dead. The exclusive immersive and terrifying experience comes complete with state of the art special effects, a replica of the iconic watch tower, and will be the ultimate test of riders’ mettle. The Walking Dead: The Ride is the latest new attraction for the Surrey based theme park and will open in Easter 2018.

As the UK’s first and only multi-sensory and multi-part rollercoaster, the experience invites thrill seekers to flee The Walking Dead in a relentless and terrifying ride for survival. Travelling through the deepest, darkest tunnels, it will feature extensive and realistic theming to bring some of the most compelling and gruesome scenes from all seasons of The Walking Dead to life.

The rollercoaster is at the centre of THORPE PARK Resort’s Year of The Walking Dead unmissable series of events. The annual line-up includes:

• The Walking Dead Living Nightmare Extreme (the live action maze at its most terrifying) available only for May Half Term (25th May – 3rd June)
• Summer late night opening until 10pm (Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 26th July – 1st September)
• Zombie Hunt – an extreme battle for survival in woodland on the outskirts of THORPE PARK Resort for the six weeks of summer (21st July – 3rd September)
• Fright Nights – the hugely popular season returns to THORPE PARK Resort with a The Walking Dead theme (5th October – 31st October)
