  • Your individual Virgin Experience Day voucher will be emailed to you within 72 hours of booking. If you have not received your voucher within this period, please contact our Customer Services team

  • Minimum age: 15 (except Nottingham location — minimum age: 16)

  • This experience is not suitable for pregnant women or for people suffering from epilepsy, high blood pressure, or heart problems

  • Participants must have a reasonable level of fitness and will be required to sign an indemnity on the day

  • Unfortunately, this experience is not suitable for those with disabilities

  • Average usage is 300–400 paintballs per person, purchased directly with your chosen centre on the day. Prices vary by centre — typically £6–£10 per 100 paintballs, depending on location

  • Paintballing sessions run on most weekends and selected weekdays all year round

  • We recommend booking at least four weeks in advance to ensure availability — all bookings are subject to availability

  • Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue

  • Please only book 1 gift experience per booking
