A visit to the 9/11 Memorial & Museum is one of the most powerful and profound experiences New York has to offer. Displaying over 10,000 artefacts linked to the events of September 11, 2001, the museum takes visitors on a deeply moving journey through one of the most significant moments in modern history - honouring the nearly 3,000 victims of the attacks and celebrating the extraordinary bravery of first responders. The Flex Ticket allows you to arrive at any time between 12pm and 3pm on your chosen date, giving you the freedom to plan your visit around the rest of your New York itinerary.

National September 11 Memorial: Located directly next door, the Memorial features twin reflecting pools set within the footprints where the Twin Towers once stood - a place of quiet reflection and remembrance.
Your barcoded entry ticket will be emailed to you from [email protected] the day before your scheduled visit date. Please go directly to the Ticket Holder line at the museum entrance and present the timed entry ticket sent by the local tour operator.
Flex Ticket holders must arrive at the museum between 12pm and 3pm on their chosen date.

All visitors are subject to a security screening on arrival.
Infants aged 0-6 are admitted free of charge.
The 9/11 Memorial & Museum is a site of remembrance and quiet reflection. Visitors are asked to respect this sacred place throughout their visit. The Museum and Memorial reserve the right to refuse or revoke admission to any visitor whose conduct violates these guidelines.
