Your timed entry ticket allows you to skip the ticket line and enter the museum at your chosen time slot for a visit of approximately 90 minutes

The Historical Exhibition: Three compelling sections covering the Day of 9/11, Before 9/11, and After 9/11 - charting the full story of the attacks and their profound effect on the world.
The Memorial Exhibition: A deeply moving tribute commemorating the lives of the nearly 3,000 victims who perished on September 11, 2001.
Foundation Hall: A vast and atmospheric space housing the Last Column and the original Slurry Wall - two of the most significant physical remnants of the World Trade Center site.
Special Exhibits & Rotating Galleries: A changing programme of special exhibitions and installations exploring the broader implications of 9/11 on the world today.
National September 11 Memorial: Located directly next door, the Memorial features twin reflecting pools set within the footprints where the Twin Towers once stood.
This ticket has a 48-hour cancellation policy - please ensure you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit date if required.
Your barcoded entry ticket will be emailed to you from [email protected] the day before your scheduled visit date. Please go directly to the Ticket Holder line at the museum entrance and present the timed entry ticket sent by the local tour operator.

All visitors are subject to a security screening on arrival.
Infants aged 0-6 are admitted free of charge.
The 9/11 Memorial & Museum is a site of remembrance and quiet reflection. Visitors are asked to respect this sacred place throughout their visit. The Museum and Memorial reserve the right to refuse or revoke admission to any visitor whose conduct violates these guidelines.
