The Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Epic Universe, AND Universal Volcano Bay on all days during a fourteen (14) consecutive calendar day period which commences on and includes the date selected.
The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on ticket. Unused days shall be forfeited.
The above Admission Media is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid only during normal operating hours.
Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort (‘Universal’).
Unless otherwise stated, the above Admission Media specifically excludes admission to separately ticketed events and venues at any of the Universal theme parks and/or CityWalk and excludes parking or discounts on food or merchandise. Some CityWalk venues require ages 21 or older for admission. Valid Photo ID required.
Tickets are issued as e-tickets and will be sent to your email address as soon as possible. Please make sure the email you provide is valid and regularly checked.
E-tickets are delivered 31 days before your departure date. Booking within 32 days of travel? Your e-tickets will be sent within 72 hours of full payment.

Buying online in advance is significantly cheaper than purchasing on the gate, saving you money to spend on the day.
Booking in advance secures your spot in case the park reaches capacity on your chosen date - particularly important during peak periods and school holidays when Universal Orlando can get very busy.
All our Universal Orlando Resort tickets include Park-to-Park access as standard - something you'd pay extra for if buying at the gate.
Opening time is normally 9am and closing times vary depending on the season. We recommend to check with the park just before you visit if you require specific times
