What Are E-Tickets?
E-Tickets are tickets that are sent instantly to your email inbox, so you can print them out whenever you want. We are an official authorised supplier for all tickets offered on this website.

How do I redeem the E-Tickets?
Depending on the attraction you are visiting you can either scan the barcode on your e-ticket in one of the designated ticket machines, or you can take your e-ticket to the customer service desk, and they will exchange it for their standard ticket.

Do we have to take the E-Ticket to the attraction everyday?
If you are visiting an attraction for more than one day, you only need your e-ticket on your first visit. You will exchange your e-ticket for a normal ticket which you must then take to the attraction every day.

Do I have to take proof of identity for every person on the E-Ticket?
No, you only need to provide proof of identity for the person that booked and their credit card that was used to purchase the tickets. Accepted forms of identity are either a UK Driving Licence or a passport. Please note that when outside the UK you must show your passport as your proof of identity.

What do I do if I lose my E-ticket?
Don’t worry, if you lose your E-ticket you just need to print it out again. If you have any problems doing this please call Customer Services on 0871 230 1060. If you are calling from outside the UK please call +44121 486 0301.
