How do I access Customer Services?
You can contact our customer services team at anytime by email at attractiontix@attractionworld.com or if you prefer to speak to someone please call us on 0844 873 0070. Lines open from 9am-6.30pm Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Saturday and 11am-4pm Sundays.
How do I find out about special offers?
AttractionTix understands that enjoying any experience is even better when you have received a great offer! To keep you informed of any of our great special offers please opt into our newsletters, which will let you be entertained at great prices. You can sign up to our newsletter from any page of the website using the link in the footer.
Payment Options
What are my payment options?
Currently we accept payments using PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo.
How do I know my credit card details are safe on your site?
AttractionTix use 256bit encryption to send and receive card details through our servers and also to the bank. We do not store your card number or your security details; these are transmitted to the bank only.
AttractionTix does its best to maintain a safe and secure website and database system; we will not sell your details to third parties and will only use your details for our own legitimate business purposes.
What is the Card Security Code on my credit card?
The card security code is a unique 3 or 4 digit number printed on your debit/credit card. (This can be found on the back of your card, the last 3 or 4 digits within your signature field) This number is not embossed on the card and not printed on the sales receipts, thus making it difficult for anyone other than the genuine cardholder to know it.

Can I book over the telephone?
Yes you can, the AttractionTix team are here to help! Give us a call on 0844 873 0070. Lines open from 9am-6.30pm Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Saturday and 11am-4pm Sundays.
How do I buy online?
Once you have found an experience on AttractionTix that you can’t wait to enjoy, all you have to do is follow these simple steps:
- Click the ‘BOOK NOW’ button on the product page
- Select the date you wish to use the experience on
- Select how many people you want to enjoy the experience
- Go to checkout
- Enter your payment details
- Pay and confirm your order
- ENJOY!
Please make a note of your booking reference number; your e-ticket will then be immediately sent to you via email. Some experiences require confirmation from our suppliers; if this is the case you will receive your e-ticket within 48 hours.
Are my details safe if I buy online?

What is an on request booking?
AttractionTix believe in confirming your booking instantly. However for some of our products we need to contact our suppliers to check the availability status. These particular attractions may need to be confirmed by the AttractionTix team. If your e-ticket shows 'Awaiting Supplier Confirmation', you will need to visit Customer Services to check the status of your booking, before printing off your e-ticket.
When your booking has been confirmed* please re-issue your e-ticket, which will be re-sent to you by email and then all you have to do is print. To do this please access Customer Services via the website - here you’ll need your booking reference number.
*This may take up to 48 hours.
How soon will I receive my on request booking?
A booking confirmation can take up to 48 hours.
Do I need to confirm my booking with the local supplier?
Once you have booked online, your booking is confirmed. However in some cases, the local supplier might ask you to reconfirm the booking when you have arrived at the destination, by calling them one or two days before the experience date. All of this information including supplier name and telephone can be seen on your e-ticket underneath the ‘Notes’ section.

What is my proof of purchase?
Your e-ticket or experience voucher is your proof of purchase.
E-tickets
What is an e-ticket?
Once you have booked an experience with AttractionTix you will receive an email confirming your booking. Attached to this email will be your e-ticket. Your e-ticket is an important document which is proof of purchase for your experience.
You will need to print off your e-ticket and it is essential that you take the e-ticket to your experience!
Important: Please make sure you check all the details on your e-ticket are correct before printing it off. If you find any mistakes on your e-ticket, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Services team.
I don’t have a printer to print the e-ticket, what do I do?
If you don’t have a printer, don’t worry we are here to help.
You can forward the email containing your e-ticket to another email address, where that computer has access to a printer. (i.e. a work email) If you don’t have any way of printing your e-ticket, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Services team, who will help resolve this problem for you.
Do I require any photo identification?
YES, the supplier who is providing your experience requires valid photo ID, such as a passport or drivers license. This is required to protect your purchase with AttractionTix.
I have lost my e-ticket, can I get a replacement?
If your e-ticket is lost or stolen (providing it has not already been redeemed) we can cancel it and provide a replacement e-ticket. There is a £10 administration charge for this service.
