Visiting the sights of the Golden Circle has for long been an essential part of coming to Iceland. We start with the erupting geysers of the Geysir geothermal area before heading to the queen of Icelandic waterfalls, Gullfoss (the Golden Waterfall). The final destination is the beautiful UNESCO world heritage site, Þingvellir National Park.

After the day’s adventures, we head for a relaxing soak in the Sky Lagoon.

This new oceanside geothermal spa feels like a different world, surrounded by lava formations with a view over the Atlantic Ocean.

All Reykjavik Excursions coach tours depart from BSÍ Bus Terminal in Reykjavík. Reykjavik Excursions offers pick up at designated bus stops, and selected hotels, guesthouses and hostels at an extra cost. If you book online and you wish to be picked up for a day tour make sure you fill in the necessary information during your online checkout.
Pick up starts 30 minutes before tour departure and you are requested to be ready and visible in time at your pick up location.
If passengers miss their Reykjavik Excursions pick up they need to arrive at BSÍ Bus Terminal in time for their tour’s departure at their own cost.
Unless specifically listed, meals and refreshments are not included. During all full day excursions there is a lunch stop at a local restaurant. For the tours, you can either bring your own lunch or buy it on the way. It is not allowed to have lunch on board the coach.
The tours vary in length but we do stop at least every 1,5 – 2 hours for a stretch and a bathroom stop.
