• A FREE double-decker bus service operates every 30 minutes between Siam Park and the resorts of Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas and Costa Adeje. Check schedules in resort for exact pick-up times and locations.

Important: If you would like to book more than one ticket for Siam Park and/or Loro Parque, please ensure that you make two separate bookings, as you will need two separate reference numbers in order to re-enter the park.

• Your ticket is valid for 14 days and entitles you to 1 full day entry to each park.
• Siam Park is located in the South of the island, between Costa Adeje and Playa de las Americas at Salida 29 Autopista del Sur, TF1, San Eugenio 38660, Tenerife.
• Loro Parque is located in the North of the Island at Avenida Loro Parque, Puerto de la Cruz, 38400, Tenerife.
• Siam Park open daily from 10am until 6pm from 30th March to 21st Oct, and 10am until 5pm from 22nd Oct to 29th March.
• Loro Parque is open daily from 8.30am until 6.45pm (last entry at 4pm).
• To avoid disappointment please call to arrange your transport upon arrival in resort (contact details will be provided on your e-ticket).
• Loro Parque has 200 car parking spaces, with parking costs at €2.40 per day. Siam Park has 490 parking spaces, with parking costs at €3.00 per day (Please note that prices are subject to change)
