See Incredible Game of Thrones Locations North or South of Belfast

In the words of Hodor: ‘HOLD THE DOOR’ – you can now take a Game of Thrones Tour in Belfast!

The Game of Thrones books and TV series have taken the world by storm – and now you can visit some of its iconic filming locations on a Game of Thrones Tour from Belfast!

Follow the footsteps of Jon Snow, Cersei Lannister and Bronn as you make your way through Northern Ireland’s most exciting hidden gems

And you won’t be braving the land of battles alone; your tour guide - a Game of Thrones super-fan – is on hand with plenty of stories, local legends, and most importantly, inside gossip on the cast and crew!

Choose from 2 different tours, visiting locations North or South of Belfast:

Game of Thrones North Locations & Giant’s Causeway

Brush up your knowledge and get behind the scenes of the successful Fantasy TV series!

Visit Renly’s encampment, cross a rope bridge and visit Lordsport

Your journey continues with a visit to the Camp of Renly Baratheon of Storm’s End and gives you the chance to cross the famous Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge.

Visit Lordsport in the Iron Islands and witness the exact place where Theon Greyjoy returned to his family and turned his back on all who raised him.

Explore The Giant’s Causeway

Not visiting the Giant’s Causeway when you go to Northern Island is like going to McDonalds to just order a drink. Although it hasn’t been featured in Game of Thrones, the spectacular site is a must see where you will have approx. 1½ hours to explore.

Game of Thrones South Locations, Castle Ward & Direwolves

Visit 10 iconic locations from season 1-7 and even meet the actual Direwolves who feature in the show!

Tollymore Forest

Ireland’s oldest pine forest is the place where the White Walker ambush took place. Who knew the mysterious Wilding Massacre from episode 1 took place right on our doorstep?

Meet the Direwolves!

This is your exclusive chance to meet the real-life Direwolves Thor and Odin - aka Northern Inuit dogs Summer and Greywind – who starred in many scenes including “the finding of the Direwolf puppies”.

You’ll even have the chance to snap the ultimate profile picture – sitting with the Direwolves on an Iron Throne!

Winterfell – Castle Ward Estate

Definitely one to cross off the bucket list. Expect memorable scenes, including the stand-out scene of Jamie and Briene of Tarth leaving Rob’s camp on their way to Kings Landing. You’ll even get to step inside the Twins home of Lord Walder Frey, Tyrion & Bron’s first meeting after their trial in The Eyrie!

St Patrick’s Grave

Of course, the tour would be far from complete without a visit to the burial site of Ireland’s Patron Saint. Ever heard the story of the man and the snakes? Yep, that’s him!

King Robb’s Camp

This is definitely a place you want to have your camera at the ready. Get up-close and re-live the scene where King Robb ‘The young wolf’ was crowned ‘The King in the North’.
