Restrictions:
- Women over 6 months pregnant are not permitted to fly
- Children under the age of 2 or weighing under 16kg are not permitted to fly
- No professional cameras, large tablets, selfie sticks, iPads or Samsung Galaxy Note7 are allowed on board the helicopter. Camera lenses should not exceed 400mm.
- Small handbags are the only luggage allowed on-board

From Atlantis The Palm Helipad: Staff ARE NOT qualified to assist disabled or wheelchair-bound passengers on-board the helicopters.
From Dubai Police Academy: Staff ARE qualified to assist disabled or wheelchair-bound passengers on-board the helicopters.

In the unlikely event that your flight cannot take place due to bad weather, you will be offered an alternative date or the option of a full refund upon your return to the UK.
