Eiffel Tower – Behind the Scenes Tour

No trip to Paris would be complete without a visit to the city’s most famous landmark – the Eiffel Tower!

On this behind the scenes tour of the Eiffel Tower you’ll visit the military bunker, located under the Champs de Mars.

You’ll also have exclusive access to the machinery room under the east pillar of the Tower.

See how the lifts operate on this magnificent building and learn about the workings of the impressive engine room.

You tour will finish on the roof of the famous Le Jules Verne restaurant, where you’ll be able to look out over incredible views of Paris.

Please note this ticket does not include access to the Eiffel Tower summit.

Tower Opening hours:

  • Mid-June to early September: 9am until midnight
  • Rest of the Year: 9.30am until 11pm

Tour Times:

  • 10am
  • 12.30pm
  • 3pm
  • 4.30pm
  • 5pm

Meeting Point:

  • Meeting point is at North Pillar of the Eiffel Tower Statue.
  • They will be holding a placard with “Backstage tour of the Eiffel Tower / Meeting Point.”
  • Please ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes before your tour is due to begin, please note that unfortunately latecomers cannot be accepted, compensated or defferred to another date.

Duration:

Your tour will last for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes

Clothing:

  • We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes.
  • Please note that high-heeled shoes are not allowed on this tour.

Children:

Children aged 5 years and below are not permitted on this tour due to security reasons.

Accessibility:

Unfortunately there is no wheelchair access available on this tour.
