Opening Times:
Opening hours are usually from 10.30am until 4pm, however the Dungeon may open earlier and close later in certain seasons. We recommend checking with the York Dungeon for specific opening times before your visit.
Duration:
- Your York Dungeon tickets are for a 60-90 minute tour, which includes all rides, shows and various attractions.
- Tours begin every seven minutes.
Please Note: Tickets are for one entry only – re-entry is not permitted once your tour is over.
Children:
- Children under 3 years old enter for free.
- Children of 0-15 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Restrictions:
Please note that the York Dungeon is not suitable for young children or people of a nervous disposition.
Accessibility:
York Dungeon is wheelchair accessible.
By Train: The Dungeon is a 10 minute walk from York Railway Station.
By Car: Parking is available at St George’s Field car park and Castle car park.
By Bus: The Dungeon is a 5 minute walk from Rougier St Bus Station.
