Availability:

Daily except Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day

Clothing:

We recommend you travel light wearing a swimsuit and comfortable clothes, with shoes suitable for the natural rock walkways. Don’t forget to take a hat and sunglasses.

Extra Items to Bring:

• It is recommended to bring a camera, biodegradable sunblock* and a decongestant (it can become uncomfortable or dangerous to dive if congested.)
• A returnable $25 USD cash deposit for the rental of snorkel equipment.
• Extra money for photos, video and optional extra activities.
• Proof of ID.

Sunscreen:

• Only biodegradable sunblock is permitted at Xel-Ha Park for the safety of the wildlife.
• It is important your sunscreen be clearly marked as PABA Free, Oil-Free, and Biodegradable.
• If you are unsure your sunscreen is safe, a suitable product can be purchased at the park.

Duration:

Allow a full day for this excursion.

Return Time:

You’ll leave Xel-Ha Park when it closes at 5pm.

Transport:

Complimentary roundtrip transportation is provided from most major Riviera Maya and Cancun hotels.

Riviera Maya Pick-Up:

Pick-up from your hotel lobby between 7am and 7.30am. Please be ready in the lobby at 7am.

Cancun Pick-Up:

Pick-up times vary between 7:40am and 10am.
